What we have built
We have no US clients yet.
You would find that out in the first ten minutes of a call, so there is no sense in burying it here. What follows is the installation we have actually run and the four things we can offer in place of a wall of logos.
Installation
A heat pump and HVAC installer.
Southern Poland, a few crews, one owner. The same company as an American home service business, with the same problem and a different language.
Where they started
The owner had let his sales people go and taken all of it on himself. Inquiries came in by phone while he was on site, through a form on the website that emailed an inbox, and directly into that inbox from customers. Nobody could say how many arrived last month or what had happened to them.
What we built
An assistant taught their four services and their service area, a card for every inquiry from every channel, customer photos attaching to the right job, statuses and history, and a weekly summary to the owner's phone.
What we talked them out of
They wanted quoting from their supplier's price list and calendar booking in the first stage. Both were worth doing and both were priced separately, because neither was needed to stop losing calls. Starting smaller meant starting five weeks sooner.
Where it is now
Live and being corrected on real recordings. We will publish numbers when there are real ones, with their name on it and their permission. Anything we printed today would be a guess dressed up as a result.
In place of references
Four things you can check.
Every new supplier asks you to take a risk. These are the ways we try to make that risk smaller rather than talk you out of noticing it.
Listen to the assistant
A full call, nothing cut out, including the part where the caller talks over it. Judge the thing itself rather than our description of it.
Recording goes live this week.
Check the price against the hours
We publish how long each part of the work takes and what we charge for it, which means you can tell us to drop something. The breakdown.
Hold nothing of ours
Every account is in your name and everything exports to a file. If we disappeared tomorrow your system would keep answering the phone.
Pay less for going first
A lower price in exchange for letting us write this page about you once it is running. If it does not work there is nothing to write and you keep what we built.
