About us

Who you will be dealing with.

You will talk to the people who build the thing. There is no account manager in between, because there are not enough of us for that to be possible, and because the person who sat on your first call is the one who has to make the assistant work afterwards.

How we work

Three rules we hold to.

Each of these costs us something, which is the only reason they are worth printing.

We quote before we build

Anything outside the agreed scope gets a number first and your decision second. You will not open an invoice for work you did not approve, and if we underestimated something that is our problem rather than yours.

The accounts go in your name

Server, phone number, voice platform. You pay the vendors directly and we take nothing on top. It costs us a margin we could easily have taken and it means you can walk away from us in an afternoon.

We say when something is not worth doing

If a product at thirty dollars a month solves your problem, we will tell you on the first call and point you at it. Selling someone a system they did not need is how you get one payment and no second project.

Where we are

Poland, Italy and India.

Three partners in three countries, with contractors brought in per project when a build needs more hands than we have.

What that means for you day to day: we are five to nine hours ahead of the United States, so something you ask for in the afternoon is usually finished before you wake up. Your systems run on servers in your own account rather than ours. We invoice in dollars and provide the forms American companies ask foreign vendors for, which in practice is one page.

What it also means, and you should hear it from us rather than work it out later: we are a small company on the other side of an ocean, with no office you can drive to. The way we try to make that acceptable is by putting everything in your name, publishing our prices, and starting with a stage small enough that being wrong about us costs you fifteen hundred dollars.

Trustpeak, 57-300 Klodzko, Poland. VAT PL8831881697. We have been doing this work for Polish companies and are opening to the United States now, which is why the first American clients get a lower price.
